Overview
What is a Sound Bath?
Sound healing can improve memory and the speed of recovery, reduce stress and anxiety, calm the mind and nervous system, improve the immune system, and reduce inflammation. Bathing in sound allows us to float away, rest, release, recharge, heal, raise our vibration and become happier, lighter and more joyful.
How does it work?
A sound bath is a group session where you will lie down and get comfortable on a mat with blankets and pillows. The session will then start with a short guided meditation before you float away to sounds of the gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and more. A typical session will last for 60 minutes with an opportunity to share your experiences and chat afterwards.

Please get in touch if you have any questions and ensure to let your practitioner know about any conditions before attending a session. Conditions: Epilepsy, history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound, a pacemaker, severe mental health conditions, first and third trimester of pregnancy.
