Meet Bea
Bea is a recently qualified yoga teacher who completed her initial 200-hour training in Bali, Indonesia. Her training focused on creating a balanced, mindful practice that weaves together breath, movement, and awareness. Inspired by the natural surroundings and holistic approach to wellbeing she experienced in Bali, Bea offers classes that feel grounding, accessible, and supportive—helping students reconnect with their bodies and find space to slow down.
